Shipping status update:

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email. This usually happens within 24 to 48 hours. After shipping, the delivery time within Germany is 1–4 business days. For international shipments (Austria, Switzerland), the delivery time may be 4–8 days.

Due to the high volume of parcels, delivery delays may currently occur. Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from shipping status inquiries unless your matter is urgent.
