Depending on the destination country, we offer different shipping methods. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over 49€. The cost for worldwide shipping is 3.90€.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide! During the checkout process, the shipping method is automatically determined based on the information you enter.

Payment

Which payment method should I prefer?

We recommend using PayPal or Klarna, as these payment methods are processed immediately. With the payment method SOFORT by Klarna, processing can take up to two days.

For bank transfers, you are welcome to send us a proof of payment so that we can start with the production.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via PayPal, Klarna (Sofort, Invoice, Installment plan), bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card and Giropay.

Why is my invoice purchase not approved?

When paying by invoice via PayPal and Klarna, a credit check is performed by the respective providers. The decision for a purchase is up to the respective provider. Therefore, we have no influence on whether the purchase by invoice is approved.

We would ask you to choose payment by bank transfer or another method. If you send us a proof of payment for your bank transfer, we can start with the production immediately.

Warranty for personalized bracelets

On all our products, you receive a 12-month quality warranty against discoloration and tearing of the band.

The size of my bracelet does not fit. Can I exchange it?

If the chosen size of an ordered bracelet does not fit, we can exchange it for you. Please contact us via the contact form to initiate an exchange.

Please note that a complete return is not possible for personalized and on-demand products. If it is not a mistake on our part, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

How can I file a complaint or return an order?

If the chosen size of an ordered product does not fit or you do not like the product, we can exchange it for you. Please contact us via the contact form to initiate an exchange.

Please note that a return is not possible for personalized products. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer an exchange for products that do not have an engraving on the metal clasp. In this case, the product can be exchanged for another product. The remaining amount will be credited in the form of a voucher. A refund is not possible in this case.

How can I have my order wrapped as a gift?

All our products are automatically delivered free of charge in a lovely LOVEFUL gift box.

How can I cancel an order?

The prerequisite for canceling an order is that we have not yet produced and shipped the goods. Therefore, orders may only be canceled within the first 12 hours and only before the shipping confirmation. Please check the cancellation policy to see if a return or exchange is possible. How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our online shop. To do this, select your desired products and add them to the shopping cart. Then you can enter your data at the checkout and place the order. It is very important that we receive your correct email address so that we can keep you informed about your order.
